Old Photos I found in album

I was going back through some old photo albums of Mom and Dad’s and found these pictures.  I have been through the albums before but somehow I missed these.

 

I don’t know where this photo was taken.  It is stamped on the back of the photo that it an official photograph of the Army Air Forces.  Dad is standing on the far right.

 

I believe this is a photo of Grandma Bradford on the far left and then Dad is standing next to her.  I think that is Aunt Lucie Mae in the middle and I am not sure of the other two people.

Dad is walking on the right side.  I am not sure of the location.

This is a photo of Dad during his early years in the Military.  I would guess it was taken at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX sometime in the mid 1930s.

Beene Family Christmas 2012

A few snapshots I took at the Beene Family Christmas party on Dec. 1, 2012.  A lot of fun was had by everyone or at least the ones I have talked with since the party.  A lot of memories were made and shared.  We missed the ones that could not attend.

 

Visit with Mom 9/15/2012

Aunt Vera Mae, Uncle Raymond and Kenny came down to visit Mom today.  We had a nice visit and Mom enjoyed the company and the visit.  We enjoyed having them.

The house where Margaret and I grew up and the only house that Mom and Dad ever owned has been sold.  There are lots of good memories for many of us at that address and I only hope that the new owners find as much happiness as we did.
